Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop, propose, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns—including advertising & promotions (A&P), digital initiatives, and partnerships—to enhance Mall visibility and drive footfall to the Mall.
  • Design and implement customer engagement and retention strategies to boost loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Coordinate closely with designers, vendors, and the Operations team to ensure timely rollout and activation of campaigns and promotions.
  • Liaise with media agencies and support in planning for and managing above-the-line / below-the-line / out-of-home advertising plans and budgets.
  • Analyze consumer behaviour, market trends, and industry benchmarks to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and track marketing budget and expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI.
