Responsibilities

• Perform Carbon Fiber Lamination and Fiberglass Lamination works.
• Apply techniques such as Vacuum Infusion and Hand Lay‑up.
• Use Resin Infusion Systems.
• Prepare and assemble marine molds specific to boats and yachts.
• Cut and install carbon fiber and fiberglass layers with precision.
• Apply Epoxy Resin, Polyester Resin, and Vinyl Ester Systems.
• Carry out boat hull repair works.
• Inspect surface and structural quality post‑manufacturing.
• Perform sanding and final finishing works.
• Comply with occupational health and safety standards and use personal protective equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily factory targets.
