Marine Diesel Mechanic

As ptw Shipyard is working on luxury superyachts, suitable applicants for this position will have experience working on high-end mechanics.

Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering & Mechanics.

We are currently searching for fellow skilled, dedicated and like‑minded individuals to join our Engineering & Mechanics Department to perform repair and maintenance works on the engine room equipment and all the auxiliary systems of yachts, meeting or beating budget and schedule.

Professional Experience

The selected person must have at least 5 years of proven experience performing similar tasks.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

• Wide knowledge of the marine industry, preferably in the superyacht arena.
• Budget, plan, supervise and launch the work of the department.
• Execution of work on engines and generators on board the customer’s vessel (inspections, maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis and repairs).
