Job Description

Key Job Scope and Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and mentor technicians; define performance goals, conduct appraisals, and manage team scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Operational Maintenance & Repair: Coordinate, plan, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of technical equipment and machinery.
  • Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all technical work adheres to standard operating procedures(SOPs), safety regulations (HSE), and quality standards (e.g. ISO).
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical expertise to resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Project & Resource Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, allocate resources, and oversee maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
