Role Overview
Manage and maintain multiple trading platforms, providing first and second line support for issues relating to the Market Administrators trading platform. Work with cross-functional teams to test and launch new/existing projects.
What You Will DoProvide hands‑on incident and problem management, investigate and resolve trade issues, maintain data accuracy, and monitor support chats.
