The Market Developer focuses on expanding market presence through contractor and distributor support, product education, and community engagement. This entrepreneurial role emphasizes local market expertise and autonomy, allowing the individual to operate their territory like their own business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and presentation skills in the perimeter security field. The ideal candidate would be located in the DMV Metro or Baltimore, MD area. 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage contractor accounts to drive adoption and sales of products.

Provide support to local distributors, including troubleshooting and resource allocation.

Offer on-site jobsite assistance to ensure proper installation and product performance.

Conduct product training sessions for contractors, distributors, and end-users.
