Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare distributor purchase sales plans and market sell-out sales plans.
  • Develop new customers, new sales channels, new products and distribution coverage targets.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to develop branding and promotion activities for the market, and work with in-market staff for execution.
  • Conduct market research and propose improvements to enhance business performance; provide timely updates on competitors’ sales activities.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on assigned, ad hoc, and urgent tasks to ensure timely support and guidance from management.
