Job Description

The Marketing Admin Assistant responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department. This role focuses on handling documentation, financial processing, and logistical coordination with internal teams, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day administrative functions. The Admin Assistant ensures smooth coordination with Finance, Supply Management, and other support teams to fulfill operational requirements for marketing activities.

  • Maintain a marketing database (electronic and print) of suppliers, agencies, partners, white papers, customer feedback forms, office supplies and other functional print or digital requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative and budgetary inquiries from the Marketing Team.
  • Process purchase requests and payment requests in coordination with Finance and Supply Management.
