Job Purpose

The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator purpose is to assist and support the General Manager, Marketing Manager, Partnership Manager and Digital Manager with marketing and some financial duties.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide general marketing and administration support for company products
  • Serve as first point of contact for inquiries regarding products and services
  • Execute complaints process of customers
  • Provide administrative support in marketing programs and campaigns
  • Provide administrative support to General Manager
  • Performs range of administrative tasks as deemed necessary

Administrative Support Function

  • Provide administrative support to General Manager and Marketing Manager
  • File (electronic) management including contracts from external partners
  • Letters and correspondences preparation, distribution, and file management
