Job Description

We are looking for our Client an experienced and dynamic professional to lead the Marketing and Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) workstreams for a major donor-funded health project. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, manage implementation, and ensure high-quality community engagement to strengthen awareness and trust in modern contraceptives and public health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of demand generation, SBCC, and marketing strategies
  • Oversee design, review, and alignment of all marketing communication materials
  • Supervise and monitor community-level IEC/BCC activities and field engagement
  • Develop strategic priorities, annual workplans, and budgets
  • Ensure evidence-based implementation and course-correct where needed
