Essential Responsibilities
- Overall lead for Marketing & Communications. Develops and implements the annual Marketing & Communication strategies, programs, and plan.
- Leads ideation and campaign conceptualization.
- Ensures brand consistency across all materials, including third‑party outputs; reviews and approves final online, print, and product materials.
- Oversees MarCom projects, events, processes, and execution.
- Designs and develops merchandise and manages procurement as needed.
- Leads digital marketing initiatives, including Facebook Ads and website updates.
- Updates documents and projects and events (photo/video) when necessary.
- Represents the organization in national leadership and regional meetings.
- Proposes, reviews and updates Marketing & Comms processes and policies. ...
