Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Represents the Company in all customer / client transactions
- Meets with customers and makes presentations about the Company and its products
- Prepares contracts and memorandum of agreement
- Coordinates with different departments of the company (e.g. admin, accounting, marketing and operations, tech) in order to service customer requirements
- Provides and maintains customer relations
- Plans and implements marketing programs and promos to improve revenues and player attraction and retention.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Marketing
- Must have at least 3 years working experience in Marketing
- Must have a pleasing personality
- Must be good in both written and oral English communication
- Must also have good admin skills such as filing, monitoring, writing etc
