Job Description

1. Event Management

  • Assist the Manager and Sales team to plan, coordinate, and execute events such as:
  • Product launches
  • In-store promotions
  • Marketing activations
  • Demo days
  • Pop‑up selling booth
  • Handle event logistics, venue coordination, supplier management, and on‑site supervision
  • Ensure events align with branding, target audience, and overall marketing goals
  • Monitor event budgets and deliver post‑event evaluations and reports

2. Store Look Management

  • Ensure that all stores reflect the brand’s image through consistent and updated visual merchandising
  • Manage and implement store display updates, including:
  • Store window displays
  • POP (Point‑of‑Purchase) materials
  • Highlight display areas
  • Signages (indoor/outdoor)
