Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for internal and external marketing requests, ensuring timely communication, task management, and process updates.
  • Act as the marketing team’s main liaison with Client Services, supporting customer-related requests for marketing assets, email campaigns, and deliverables.
  • Develop and write compelling content aligned with product features and client objectives, including emails, banner ads, video scripts, and other digital assets.
  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, banner advertising, and widget-based initiatives.
  • Manage campaign workflows through project management systems, ensuring deadlines, requirements, and quality standards are consistently met.
