Overview

Seeking a Marketing Manager to support its Travel Insurance business across both Canadian (B2B) and U.S. (direct‑to‑consumer) channels. This is a maternity leave coverage role and requires a highly autonomous marketer who can step in quickly, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver marketing initiatives with minimal ramp‑up.

This individual will act as the primary marketing partner to distribution teams, product, compliance, and internal agencies, owning campaign execution, performance initiatives, and digital marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Marketing Execution

Lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives supporting travel insurance across B2B (travel agencies) and DTC channels.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, paid, social, email, and traditional).

Support travel agency distribution teams with marketing materials such as ads, sales tools, and one-pagers.
