The Marketing Manager leads our overall marketing strategy, driving both owner acquisition and guest demand as we expand to new markets. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution — a player/coach who builds scalable marketing programs, manages creative output, and ensures our brand is strong across every channel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for owner acquisition, brand awareness, and direct bookings.
  • Manage a small in-house and external marketing team, including the Content Creator and contractors.
  • Plan and oversee campaigns across social media, email, paid ads, and partnerships.
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) and adjust campaigns accordingly.
