Job Description
Marketing Officer I under Member Benefit and Assistance (MBA) is under direct supervision of the SCG Manager I, responsible for ensuring effective accomplishment of key result areas in MBA Services within the assigned area, including enhancing process efficiency, managing financial risks, maintaining strong member relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing and submitting accurate management reports, as well as overseeing the completeness, reliability, and security of records and database management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate preferably with Business Management course
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer/Member Service
