Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand design standards; create high-quality marketing materials using Canva or other tools.
- Manage all customer communications across online and offline platforms.
- Monitor and optimize online presence (Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including basic SEO.
- Recommend improvements for store appearance and enhance in-store customer experience.
- Analyze and improve customer lifecycle (onsite and online).
- Maintain an influencer database and coordinate partnerships.
- Propose and execute monthly promotions based on customer insights.
- Drive marketing efforts to increase store visits, promote events/party carts, and support hiring initiatives.
- Position the company as a strong, high-quality brand to customers and business partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract potential franchisees and support company expansion.
