MASTER CARPENTER

Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to plan and execute carpentry work Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other materials with precision Lead and supervise junior carpenters and apprentices on-site Oversee construction, installation, and repair of structures such as frameworks, cabinetry, furniture, doors, and fixtures Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other trades Inspect completed work and perform adjustments or repairs as needed Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment Estimate material requirements and assist with project costing Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter, with several years in a senior or master-level role Advanced knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Strong leadership and team management skills High att...
