Job Description


  • Manage the full operational lifecycle of Vendor, Customer and Material master data.

  • Ensure that data requests are handled accurately and efficiently in line with defined procedures, guidelines, and service levels.

  • Lead and develop team leads and analysts while ensuring clear distribution of workload and priorities across domains.

  • Address complex cases, exceptions and escalations requiring deeper operational insight.

  • Set expectations for the team, support development plans, and promote capability growth and cross‑training.

  • Monitor KPI results, service metrics, throughput, accuracy levels and overall performance stability.

  • Conduct performance discussions with internal stakeholders and highlight areas of risk or process improvements.
