Master Mariner

We are hiring a Fleet Head – Dry Bulk Operations to lead and oversee the management of a global dry fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, and commercially optimized vessel operations. This role is ideal for senior maritime professionals with sailing experience as Master Mariner or Chief Engineer, combined with extensive shore-based leadership experience managing dry bulk vessel operations at a strategic level.
