Master Planner

Responsibilities

The Master Planner is a key contributor to the effective operation of the MRO repair station. The Master Planner is responsible for preparing and managing maintenance schedules that support efficient and reliable repair and overhaul activities. This role requires a strategic focus on resource allocation and supply chain coordination to achieve turnaround time (TAT) objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve stretch goals quickly, while possessing strong people skills.
• Knowledge of economic principles and impact on Safran's Business.
• Understanding of production control practices.
• Knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and understanding of Quality requirements.
