Job Description

Master Trainer is responsible for assisting the Talent Development Manager in performing his duties involving training administration, training design and conduct evaluation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs based on organizational and individual learning needs
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees across levels
  • Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR partners
  • Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants when required
  • Support leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
