Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and modules
  • Produce engaging content and videos for training and company use
  • Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions
  • Assess employee performance and identify training needs
  • Improve and update training processes based on feedback and results
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals
  • Ensure training standards and quality are consistently met
  • Mentor and guide employees to improve skills and productivity
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, data analysis, reports)
