Job Summary

Facilitates an auto‑replenishment supply program to provide timely receipt of production materials to meet customer needs. Initiates continual improvement within IATF 16949 and follows environmental requirements within ISO 14001, complying with the requirements of BASC-CTPAT. To fulfill the roles and responsibilities related to the protection of the environment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Confirm with vendors that they download their requirement schedules from the portal every Tuesday to ensure the manufacture and shipment of raw materials for production purposes; for suppliers that do not use the portal, the planner should send manual orders or forecasts so they can produce and ship accordingly.
• Analyze hand material inventories and production demands to identify and correct any shortages or excesses that would negatively impact production schedules and operational costs, notifying relevant personnel of issues.
