Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving individual performance parameters as per Excellence Metrics

  • Implement and Follow Effective Material Ordering SAP System for oversea plants

    • 给海外工厂实施并遵守有效定料SAP系统

    Control Item Planning Parameters accuracy in SAP

    有效掌控SAP系统参数准确性

    Monitor supplier delivery attainment

    考核供应商出货完成情况。

    Tracking production changes, adjust the schedule on time

    跟踪生产变化，及时调整订单。

    If meet an emergency, quick response and solved effectively.

    紧急情况物料快速反应并有效解决。

  • Criteria of assessment

    • 考核标准

    Responsible for production line move, no shut down.

    确保生产，无停线

    Check min&max inventory weekly

    每周考核库存Min & Max的情况

    Check weekly order accuracy and timely release to supplier

    每周考核订单的准确性并及时传递至供应商

  • Understanding of lean ordering effectively and put it into daily work. 

    • 有效了解LO并实施

    Premium control.

    严格控制空运费

    Inventory control and avoid E&O
