Materials & Logistics Specialist

Role Summary

United Infrastructure Power Transmission and Distribution are recruiting for a Materials & Logistics Specialist to support the project operational demand across the UK at multiple sites. The role involves the effective receipt, storage, movement and control of all materials to support the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the successful delivery of all materials and logistics activities including allocation, control, issue and marshalling of materials between work locations and suppliers.
• Production of shipping documents for all material movements.
• Timely updating of procurement system with goods receipts, manifests and shipping documentation.
• Warehouse materials handling: OS&D checks, bagging, tagging, preparation for shipping and marshalling/loading of shipments.
