Littelfuse, a leading global manufacturer of electronic components, is seeking a Materials Manager to lead warehouse operations at our Matehuala, San Luis Potosí plant.

About the Job

• Reporting directly to the Site Director, the Materials Manager will lead and oversee Warehouse Operations, Receiving, Shipping, and Distribution Center activities.
• Drive operational execution within the warehouse and distribution environment, focusing on safety, service levels, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement across inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Enforce Littelfuse processes and procedures to guarantee consistent, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates with full accountability for performance, development, and team results.
