Job Responsibilities
. Materials Coordination: Support the account team in meeting corporate targets by managing daily material requirements and ensuring 100% production uptime.
. Supply Chain Continuity: Monitor part availability and logistics tracking to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring the 'right part is at the right place at the right time.'
. Inventory Optimization: Managing E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) by identifying surplus early and utilizing data-driven insights to minimize financial waste.
. Order Management: Execute purchase orders in strict alignment with customer requirements, maintaining high data integrity within the ERP system.
. AI-Assisted Analysis: Utilize AI-tools to automate routine reporting and identify supply risks before they impact production.
. Process Innovation: Actively identify manual 'paper-trail' tasks that can be streamlined through automation or digital workflows.
