Job Title: Supply Chain Planner – Oracle, Inventory, and 3PL Operations
Job Description
This role manages end-to-end purchasing, planning, and inventory control activities in a high-SKU, fast-paced environment. You will use Oracle ERP and advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate inventory, timely purchasing, and seamless coordination with 3PL partners and Amazon fulfillment channels. The position focuses on maintaining product availability, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet customer demand and revenue goals.
Responsibilities

+ Update, monitor, and follow up on purchase orders within Oracle to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

+ Communicate proactively with suppliers regarding order acknowledgements, lead times, open orders, delivery dates, and shipment status.

+ Expedite materials and finished goods as needed to support inventory availability and customer demand.
