We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our maternity team as an advisor for treating tobacco dependence. The individual appointed to this role will need to be able to motivate, inspire and support those for who Tobacco dependency impacts their health and wellbeing, and that of their family.

This role will work within all areas of our maternity service, and will be coordinating smoking cessation support to those who are pregnant and their household members. A range of interventions will be used such as Carbon Monoxide Monitoring, behavioural support and directly advising and supplying Nicotine Replacement Therapy after appropriate training. You will also be central to training staff in regards to Tobacco Dependency.
