Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IBM Maximo solutions across asset management, work management, preventive maintenance, service management, inventory, and facilities management processes.
  • Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into Maximo configuration, including workflows, asset hierarchies, job plans, maintenance strategies, roles, security, and operational controls.
  • Configure asset, location, inventory, and master data structures with appropriate governance and data quality controls to support safe, reliable, and auditable operations.
  • Design and support integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems including ERP, supply chain, geographic information systems (GIS), operational technology (OT), field mobility, and data platforms.
  • Support testing and deployment activities including test strategy, test execution, defect triage, cutover planning, environment readiness, and go-live support.
