Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Operations Support: Assist in the day‑to‑day execution of training programmes, ensuring sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Learner & Participant Communication: Support communication with learners and participants, including scheduling updates, reminders and general training‑related coordination.
  • Food & Logistics Coordination: Help manage logistical arrangements such as training venue set‑up, materials preparation, catering and overall session readiness.
  • Cultural & Learning Support: Contribute to fostering a positive learning culture by supporting engagement activities and enhancing the overall learner experience.
  • Administrative & Documentation Tracking: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance and programme documentation to support reporting and tracking processes.
