Job Description
Morton County Planning & Zoning Board . The Planning & Zoning Board members are responsible for making recommendations to the County Commission regarding development and land uses in the county. The appointment includes:
+ Review of master plans, preliminary and final plats.
+ Zone change request
+ Zoning Violations
+ Other items as instructed by the County Commission
Two appointments are open, one for a 4 year term expiring 06/30/2030, and one for a 4 year unexpired term expiring 06/30/2028. Meetings are usually held the fourth Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm at the Morton County Courthouse.
