Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models across all building services with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and quality control.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and drawings in compliance with project requirements and schedules.
- Manage and organise model data to facilitate coordination across multiple disciplines (M&E, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing Sanitary, etc.).
- Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific modelling standards.
- Collaborate closely with design team, project teams and lead levels to produce coordinated CAD drawings and BIM outputs.
- Support design, authority submission, and construction documentation through accurate and compliant BIM deliverables.
- Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent training.
