M&E Engineer (ACMV)

Job Summary Prepare detailed mechanical system designs and lead site coordination to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery. Manage resources, liaise with authorities, and resolve technical issues to support successful construction outcomes. Responsibilities Prepare detailed designs and engineering plans for mechanical systems to meet project specifications. Lead day-to-day coordination and management of all site works, including inspection, testing, and commissioning. Distribute instructions from construction managers to subcontractors and ensure compliance with project requirements. Plan and control resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, to optimize site operations. Manage project costs, timelines, and manpower resources to maintain efficient progress. Liaise with appointed Mechanical and Electrical Professional Engineers for submissions to authorities.
