A growing Building Services Consultancy based in Cheshire is seeking an ambitious M&E Project Manager to deliver mechanical and electrical projects ranging from £25k to £1m across public sector, commercial and residential buildings.

The Role

• Manage M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Control programme, cost, quality and compliance
• Deliver retrofit, refurbishment and Net Zero projects in live environments
