M&E Manager

Job Role: Lead and manage all M&E engineering activities in construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines. Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E systems installation and commissioning. Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality work, safety standards, and compliance with contractual obligations. Monitor the progress of M&E works and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration of M&E systems with other building components. Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and subcontractors on M&E related matters, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
