- Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
- Attend technical and site meetings with consultants
- Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and interfacing/M&E documents and drawings
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
- Supervise the progress of works on site
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD
