About the job M&E Supervisor | Building & Construction | Central Jobscope:
Attend daily subcontractor meetings to discuss M&E site issues and progress.
Monitor site progress and safety compliance of subcontractors and report issues to supervisors.
Ensure subcontractor work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Assist with site inspections together with RE/RTO and follow up on comments.
Maintain proper records of inspection forms for documentation and reference.
Communicate with workers, subcontractors, and site staff to resolve site matters.
Ensure good construction practices and site standards are followed.
Support site safety and environmental programs led by the project team.
Attend relevant training or courses to improve skills and knowledge.
Assist the project team with additional tasks when required.
Guide new M&E supervisors when needed.
