Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, fire protection, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, panels, motors, pumps, and other building equipment. Perform minor plumbing, air-conditioning, and carpentry repairs. Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) for alerts and discrepancies. Respond promptly to alarms, power failures, or mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain accurate records, including logs and maintenance checklists.
