Job Description
Our client looks for workers with a solid, long term work history and finding themselves out of work either due to redundancy, site closure, relocation. We have a secure temporary to permanent job for meat packers.
Meat Packers
Packing meat, order picking, bagging, various departments seek suitable workers.
Working hours – 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Breaks – 15 mins approx. 9.30 / 30 mins Midday/ 15 mins approx. 2.30
Hourly rate £12.71 per hour.
Motivated workers – Mature, English Speaking – Communication is critical.
Packing and Order picking within a chilled environment approx. 7 degrees.
Physically lifting bags of meat approx. 7kg
PPE provided. Food environment – standard rules apply ie; no jewellery, nail varnish, false nails, false eyelashes, no make up.
