Synergie is looking for Meat Process Workers with experience in meat packing, knife-hand, or similar roles. This position is open to candidates with Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a visa (preferably long-term) with unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare smallgoods such as sausages, meatballs, and burgers
• Handle various meats (raw and cooked) and operate processing machinery
• Bag, weigh, box/unbox, and label products
• Operate cooking and packing lines
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance, including machinery disassembly
