Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability of the department by ensuring overall visual merchandising, product range, and shrinkage management at store level
- Equipped with in-depth knowledge of meats mainly on product features, meat processing, visual management, service standards, and shrinkage management
- Supervise and mentor skilled cutters assigned to the respective counter(s)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to read and understand product labels
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented and a team player
- Able to carry heavy load of 10KG and climb ladders for stock replenishment
