Mechanical And Electrical Design Engineer (Isla Guadalupe)

Responsibilities
Performs design functions on new and existing products as assigned.
Creates structural and movement engineering analysis.
Creates and maintains CAD models of all engineering designs.
Performs technical drawings.
Carries out investigations related to research and development projects.
Identifies opportunities for product improvements and defines them as projects.
Develops understanding of manufacturing processes for use in product design assignments.
Develops new and innovative designs and solutions for use on projects.
Supports construction of mock-ups and prototypes.
Works effectively with others and utilizes all available resources in solving project problems.
Participates in project/status and departmental meetings.
Recognizes technical, scheduling, and resource problems, and initiates corrective actions.
