Job Description
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Registrations / Certifications
- Registered Engineer with UAE Society of Engineers.
- Approved Engineer in local municipality authorities.
- Approved Engineer in Civil Defense authorities will be an advantage.
- Approved engineer with major local developers.
- Certifications in NFPA, ASHRAE, LEED/ESTIDAMA (preferred).
Experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in mechanical system design for high-rise commercial, residential, and hospitality buildings.
- Minimum 10 years of GCC experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Good technical background in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems in compliance with international and local authority standards (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
Computer Software Proficiency
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. ...
