- Hands on knowledge of Casting design
- Hydraulics understandings – vehicle level
- Exposure to Hose routing and drawings
- Creo and windchill
- Large assembly Management
- GD&T and production drawing expertise
- Good communication
- Hydraulics schematics and components knowledge
- ECN process knowledge
