The Role
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be at the heart of our engine development cycle. You’ll be responsible for the conceptualization, detailed 3D modelling, and drafting of critical engine components ensuring every part meets our rigorous standards for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
🔹 Design & Modelling: Create complex 3D models and detailed drawings for engine components (cylinder blocks, heads, crank mechanisms) using SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA.
🔹 Engineering Precision: Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and engineering calculations to ensure perfect interface compatibility.
🔹 Strategic Innovation: Research and propose new materials and manufacturing processes (casting, forging, machining) to boost engine durability and efficiency.
