Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all M&E works on site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.)
- Review M&E drawings, specifications, main contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and standards
- Monitor projects progress, quality and safety compliance.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues
- Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of M&E systems
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (e.g. BCA, SCDF, etc.)
- Manage project documentation and handover process
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
