As an M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for managing, designing, and overseeing the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for our construction projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all M&E building services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities: Design, plan, and oversee the installation of building services including HVAC, electrical power, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Prepare and review M&E shop drawings, schematic diagrams, load calculations, and technical specifications. Provide technical support to the Quantity Surveying (QS) team by assisting with M&E cost estimations, verifying material quantities, and evaluating variation orders and progress claims.
